From 9M1 to 9M4, Heng Kang Tian celebrates in honour of Xuan Tian Shang Di.
For this celebration, the event is being held at Bukit Merah View, Blk.123. On the night of 11Oct (9M1), Shan Cai Tong Zi arrived to "an" (setup) the tentage. Many devotees were also present to consult Shan Cai Tiong Zi.
